Who are your clients exactly?
My clients are usually Christian homeschool moms. They driven and determined. They aren’t whiners. They are juggling families, homes, and other responsibilities. They are detailed, responsible, kind, and loving. They love helping other people.
How is this program different from other programs?
Many programs that train Virtual Assistants are taught by other solo Virtual Assistants. While that’s great, I have grown multiple businesses to 6 and 7-figures. I also grew our side business of bookkeeping and building websites into a full marketing agency. I have coached business owners who own 6-figure businesses in various industries, including music schools, professional painters, plumbers, tutors, coaches, online influencers, and more. I understand what these business owners need and teach Virtual Assistants how to support them. Before I ever started coaching, I built successful businesses and that gives me the best edge of all.
I also bring my faith into everything I do, which is a huge benefit to my like-minded clients. My faith has always been an integral part of my life and I always seek God before I make business decisions.
I’ve been working from home while homeschooling for 20+ years. I know what it’s like to have beautiful freedom to make money while raising kids, but I also know the challenges that moms face with everything they juggle every day!
What’s your background?
I started my first company (Rogers School of Music) when I was only 18 years old. While raising and homeschooling our four kids, I took my small side business to a 7-figure company by implementing strategic systems and marketing. I have also hired many VAs throughout the years! I know what it’s like to hire and be hired by clients. I’ve seen all sides.
I’ve won numerous business awards, both local and national, including a social media marketing award. I was nominated as Business Person of the Year by our Chamber of Commerce and awarded the Business Alumni award by North Central University.
I’ve written two books: Happy Kids, Growing Biz and Everything You Need to Know about Music Lessons, and I was a contributing author in Shine: Inspirational Stories of Choosing Success Over Adversity. All are available on Amazon.
I have studied learning styles, Myers Briggs personality types, Clifton Strengths, and Kolbe. This gives me a distinctive edge in my coaching so I can help my clients identify what they are really good at and build a business around their strengths and talents.
In 2020, I sold my music school to focus on Never Alone Business Services and Never Alone Coaching.
Are you a certified coach?
Yes. I have been certified as a business coach, life coach, and a Gallup Strengths Coach. In addition, I’ve been coaching business owners since 2017. I have also trained under two successful business coaches.
What type of personality do you work best with and what is expected of me?
My most successful clients are driven and self-motivated. They are determined to succeed, and they show up to get the work done. They love to learn and grow. They want to succeed.
What type of person is this program NOT going to work for?
If you are a habitual whiner or complainer or make excuses about everything, you won’t want to work with me. I’m upbeat, positive, and a cheerleader. I believe you can make your dreams a reality!
What results can I expect?
Members who join the VA Academy and who show up for calls and work through the Challenges will usually see monetary results by month 2 or 3. They can begin making an income while still learning and working through the program. Members who pay for the program but don’t do the work will not find success.
I have a couple additional questions. Can I call you?
Request a call. Let’s see if this is the right program for you! I’d love to chat.
