I’m Jen Hickle. I’ve been a business owner for over 25 years. As I grew a side business (teaching piano lessons) into a 7-figure music school, I was desperate to learn how to get more clients online so I could stay home and be available for my kids.

I didn’t want to go to networking groups or community events. I wanted to use the power of the internet to make more money for our family.

And it worked. My music school grew to 600 students coming weekly to lessons.

Pretty soon, other business owners were asking for help with their website, SEO, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads. So we started Never Alone Business Services. As our kids got older, we wanted a business that allowed us to train and hire our grown kids so they could support their families with online marketing, too.

In 2020, we sold our music school to focus on growing our Agency. And now we teach others how to make money with a Virtual Assistant or Agency business!

We love empowering families to build businesses that allow them freedom and flexibility and that benefit the business owners around them!

(Both of our sons are now married and work for us! And one of our daughter-in-laws is our VA!)
